Creamy Cheese Potatoes Recipe


These are the potatoes served at the RS Christmas Dinner.

Creamy Cheese Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c butter, melted
salt & pepper

Peel, dice, boil, drain & mash potatoes. Mix with them the butter, onion, soup, 2 c. of cheese, sour cream, salt & pepper. Spread into 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with last cup of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
