Basically, you can just throw in any fruits/veggies that you want, but here is my very favorite concoction:
3 green apples, cored and chopped (you can peel them, but I like the peel on)
1 handful of spinach
1 cup broccoli
1/2 of a fresh pineapple
2 cups orange juice
1 cup carrot juice
Blend really well (for about 5 minutes) in a food processor. I also use the pulse option to make sure all the big chunks are gone. ( I'm sure you can use a blender, but I don't have a good one, so I use the processor...)
