March is National Nutrition Month and an article posted by the American Diabetic Association encouraged people to "eat right with color" by preparing and serving a variety of fruits and vegetables. It is also suggested that fruits and veggies fill half the plate leaving the other half for protein, dairy, and/or grains combined.
