Tamra Humphrey's sister is now teaching a Zumba class to anyone that is interested.
She is certified and knows the latest techniques. Thursdays at 4:15 at the Mona 1st ward building.
Kids are welcome to play in the nursery which is close by. If you have ever wanted to see what zumba is without paying alot or feeling like you won't fit in, this is your chance.
