Ellie Sage's Famous Fudge

2 cubes butter
3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 can evaporated milk
1 7 oz jar marshmellow creme
4 1/2 cups sugar 2 cups chopped walnuts

Lightly butter jellyroll pan. Chop walnuts and set aside. Put chocolate chips and marshmellow creme in large mixing bowl. Bring butter, milk, & sugar to boil in a large pan. Stir constantly to avoid scorching. Once mixture is boiling reduce heat to med-high and keep stirring for 9-11 minutes. Pour hot mixture over chocolate chips and stir to mix. Gently fold walnuts into fudge and spread into jelly roll pan. Fudge will set in 12-24 hours. ENJOY!
