Seriously Great Food!

Tonight we enjoyed April's muffins at "In the Kitchen." Tomorrow I will post her recipe. Tonight I will post Alynn Hansen's Pepper Jelly. We ate it with cream cheese on crackers. Yummy!

Alynn's Pepper Jelly
3 jalapeno peppers
3 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper

Chop or grind in food processor.

1 c white vinegar
5 c sugar

Pour over peppers and boil for 10 minutes.

Add 2 pouches of liquid certo and cook for 1 minute more.

Pour into sterilized jars, add rings and lids. Process for 10 minutes or eat fresh. Serve over cream cheese or eat plain. Makes 3 pints.

BTW: Alynn and Julie Hatfield are running the Layton Marathon this Saturday! We all wish you both the best! You can do it!

Stay tuned for next month! We are doing homemade Christmas Candies! Christmas already!
