Chayote Love

Remember Cassie talking about Chayote Squash?

Well I was one of those people she called when she found some.

I love it as well. Can't get enough of it.

I found it at Walmart the other day for $1.19 per squash.

You can also find it at Maceys.

Or any Hispanic Market.

I'm sure that is spendy for the little goodies but well worth it.

In honor of Cassie and her diligence to good food I wanted to post this recipe she

shared with me. Its the greatest soup to ever touch my tongue.
