5K Training: Week One


Day one: 10 min walk


Day two: 10 min walk


Day three: REST


Day four: 12 min walk


Day five: 12 min walk


Day six: REST


Day seven: 15 min walk


You can walk at any pace that feels good to you. Your week can also start on any day you want. If you start today then Sunday will be your first REST day. This is a six week training program for anyone just starting out! Have fun!!
