Fit For His Kingdom Challenge:

Week 1 is Done!

We hope you had a great Week 1 during the challenge.
Any points accumulated deserve a Good Job!

Now that we can all see what we have done, we are ready to set goals for Week 2.

Why is setting a goal so important?

"It is necessary to prepare and to plan so that we don't fritter away our lives. Without a goal, there can be no real success. One of the best definitions of success I have ever heard goes something like this: success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal. Someone has said the trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never cross the goal line."

--President Thomas S. Monson

What a great quote.
Sisters set a realistic goal for yourself and keep with it! A goal could be a certain area of the challenge, or a number of points. It is up to you, just make sure you are having fun doing it and involve those around you!

Keep up the great work!

Some things I do that helps me to feel inspired and uplifted throughout the day are

1. stream www.yldsr.com via the internet(where they broadcast all different sorts of LDS music)

2. iTunes lets you download General Conference talks podcasts and Youth Inspirational Speakers, like Jon Hilton III. I listen to them sometimes in place of scripture study.
