Just as a little reminder that there is a 5K Run/Walk in Nephi tomorrow (Saturday, 5th) at 8am. You can register 7:30, I do believe. Race starts at 8.
I hope to be there but after going to Jumping Jacks for an hour I think my knee is a bust.
We'll just have to wait and see.
Meet at the Nephi Park for registration. I believe its either $12 or $14.
I'm clearly not the best person to be asking questions too! Ha.

I also promise to blog again soon. Sunny days, garden and yard keep taking up all my time and energy. Oh and that kid of mine too. She's a busy one!
