Yesterday in Relief Society we spotlighted Valerie Larsen. Here are some things that we learned about her. Her favorite colors are purple and blue because those are colors she uses in her book she's writing. In her free time she likes to draw and paint and write poetry. Her favorite pig-out foods are cheesecake, good macaroni and cheese and pizza. One quality she likes about herself is she has a good sense of humor. Something cool that not many people know about her is that she survived being bitten by a rattlesnake as a little girl. Her favorite hymn is "Because I Have Been Given Much" because she says its a pretty hymn and she likes the sentiments in it.
