Easy Microwave Caramels for the Holidays

In a large microwave safe container add the following:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Stir together and cook on high in the microwave for 2 min.,
stir--cook two more minutes, and
stir--cook two more minutes.

Watch the mixture closely so it doesn't flow over the sides when cooking.
Pour in a greased pan and let cool.
Cut and wrap individual pieces in waxed paper, or do what my family does. Spoon it out as you want a bite. No double dipping though!! :)
