Have any of you been to Alicen Allred's home on a week day morning? I have and many times I have found her working out while she's cleaning! She really seems to be getting a good workout. Plus, have you ever noticed how clean she keeps her home? Well, if you're like me, you want to know what she's doing. She has decided to share her secrets and calls it,"Steam Cleaning". She works off her steam as she cleans!
Every sister is invited to attend the class on Monday, September 28th at 11:30 pm. Alicen's address is 943 S 50 W. Wear comfortable clothing because she's going to teach us a few of her moves. Also, we are also including a potluck lunch. So bring your favorite "light & healthy" recipe made-up with several copies of the recipe to share with the rest of the sisters attending.
