Mormon Scientist

Yesterday I started reading "Mormon Scientist-The Life & Faith of Henry Eyring", by Henry J. Eyring. Since college I have been intrigued by Henry Eyring. He was a world renowned chemist and still managed to remain humble. He even worked with Albert Einstein! Last night I read an interesting quote from his father, Ed and wanted to share it. When Henry was leaving for college his father told him, "I'm convinced that the Lord used the Prophet, Joseph Smith to restore His church. For me that is a reality. I haven't any doubt about it. Now, there are alot of matters which are less clear to me. But in this church you don't have to believe anything that isn't true."

Isn't that wonderful? We are so blessed with this kind of knowledge. It's relaxing to me. I shouldn't worry about anything else other than the truth. Whew!
